PEP Training -
Train like the NHL stars
PEP Training – The most effective way to develop puck control and game understanding
Ever since Connor McDavid and Connor Bedard were kids, they've been training with this system to develop puck control, reaction time and decision-making under pressure. Now you can train the same way.
What distinguishes PEP Training from traditional training?
In a typical skills hockey session, players work either without the puck or with the puck on their blade. At PEP Training, players get four to five times more puck touches than in traditional training. Time on the ice is maximized to develop skills in situations that require quick decisions and technical precision.
This is what you will learn:
✔ Puck control at high speed in small spaces – The player is challenged to handle the puck in tight situations, just like in a game.
✔ Smart puck placement – Learn to control the puck without keeping it constantly on your blade, and place it in favourable positions for your next move.
✔ Reaction and creativity under pressure – The exercises force players to make quick decisions and challenge their reaction skills.
✔ Think one step ahead – The system requires you to constantly prepare for the next action while completing the previous one.

Tailored development for your club
CDA Hockey offers club camps that give your players access to professional, intensive training – directly at your own club. You choose the dates, we bring the training program and the energy. The camps are flexible and can be adapted to the club's wishes and level.
Two concepts,
same goal:
Development
PEP Training (Power Edge Pro)
PEP Training gives players 4-5 times more puck touches than traditional skills training. The sessions are designed to develop reaction time, smart puck placement and technical precision at high speeds. This is how Connor McDavid has trained since he was eleven years old and how he trains skills today.
High Intensity Skating Camp
An intensive concept focusing on basic shooting skills, balance, puck handling and pace. We build confidence and movement patterns in younger players and improve efficiency in older players.

Lecture -
"From Zero to Hero"

Build a winning culture
that lasts - lecture
The Stavanger Oilers were on the verge of bankruptcy and closure. After a promising start, years of financial problems and sporting disappointments followed. This is the story of how we turned the situation around, created a strong team spirit and built a winning culture that led to six straight NM gold medals and wrote Norwegian ice hockey history. Through the process, I learned what it takes to succeed – both as a team and as an individual. How to adapt, stay focused and rise up in the face of adversity.
