Each video session is directly followed by targeted on-ice practices, designed to enhance your hockey IQ and elevate your shooting skills.

Spencer works with NHL athletes, top prospects, and elite Norwegian players such as Andreas Martinsen, Eirik Salsten, and Sander Wold.

PEP Training -
Train like the NHL stars

PEP Training – The most effective way to develop puck control and game understanding

Ever since Connor McDavid and Connor Bedard were kids, they've been training with this system to develop puck control, reaction time and decision-making under pressure. Now you can train the same way.

What distinguishes PEP Training from traditional training?

In a typical skills hockey session, players work either without the puck or with the puck on their blade. At PEP Training, players get four to five times more puck touches than in traditional training. Time on the ice is maximized to develop skills in situations that require quick decisions and technical precision.

This is what you will learn:

✔ Puck control at high speed on small surfaces – The player is challenged to handle the puck in tight situations, just like in a game.
✔ Smart puck placement – Learn to control the puck without having it constantly on your blade, and place it in favorable positions for your next move.
✔ Reaction and creativity under pressure – The exercises force players to make quick decisions and challenge their reaction skills.
✔ Think one step ahead – The system requires you to constantly prepare for the next action while completing the previous one.
