A qualified personal trainer and yoga instructor. Participated in two Olympic Games in beach volleyball and has over 20 years of experience in the fitness industry. Kathrine leads Move&Yoga and holds strength sessions, yoga and bootcamps with a focus on health and the joy of training.

Former professional ice hockey player with 8 Norwegian National Championships and over 900 games. Founder of CDA Hockey and certified PEP instructor. Works with player development, skating and technique training, and gives lectures for both clubs and businesses.
